Keser Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has established a reputation throughout the region for excellence in quality care and quality of life. Located in a residential neighborhood, our 200 bed facility offers comprehensive skilled nursing, rehabilitative and subacute care. We cater to residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias. In addition, we offer complete respite care for families seeking temporary placement for a loved one.

At Keser , we believe continuity of care is essential to the well-being of each resident. Each unit has an attending physician who works with the entire interdisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, social workers, dietitian, psychologists, and psychiatrists to develop an individualized care plan for each resident. Social workers assist and support family members and residents through the transition process and are always available for questions or concerns.
