Dear Keser Administration:

We are writing to you on behalf of your dedicated staff and volunteers at Keser.

Our father Mr. A. K. z”l had Alzheimer’s disease. Our mother, may she be well till 120 years, took care of him at home for 10 years. Due to his mental deterioration she could not care for him at home any longer and we were fortunate to be able to place him in Keser.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs. S. for helping us getting him accepted to Keser. Without her understanding and kindness it would not have been possible. Thank you Mrs. B. G., a woman who is always with a smile and kind words, for involving our father z”l when he was still able, to attend all music activities, for he loved to sing. Thank you also for keeping us updated on our father’s well being. Also to the 3rd and 2nd floor staff who took care of our father z”l these past 5 ½ years, thank you for all your care and understanding. Last and most beloved, your unbelievable volunteers Mrs. P., Mrs. F., Mrs. Z., Mrs. Z., and all the others, for their chesed and selfless devotion in feeding our father z”l and helping with his general well being all these 5 ½ years.

May you all be blessed with many years of good health, much nachas from your children and grandchildren, and may Hashem Yisborach give you the strength to continue your holy work, and may you all be rewarded tenfold.
