Dear A.,

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you for being instrumental in the placement of my parents Mr. N.K. and Mrs. S. K. blessed be their memory, at Keser.

My father N. lived at Keser for many years as you might remember he had an ingrown gentility and grace. He was very thankful to be at Keser for you were his guiding light. He loved to go to Synagogue, the Rabbi was very kind to him and every morning he made sure that he came to learning the Torah, also he truly enjoyed being in contact with the community, with the children and the youngsters from the yeshivoth, he felt at home. The holy days were very enjoyable to my Dad, Sucoth with the most beautiful Succoh and the decorations and the good food and very specially the community eating with him and the other elder.

In his last year of life, you my very dear A. created a job for him which gave him a sense of usefulness and helped him with his hand movement. We are grateful for this and for all you did to help him.

My mother Mrs. S. K. or K. as she was called on the second floor lived at Keser for 15 years and she felt a sense of belonging. The supervisors and nurses of the floor were kind and attuned to her needs as much as it is possible in this circumstances, she was most of the time clean and well groomed, she enjoyed walking with Mrs. K. who was very kind and giving to her. My mother enjoyed the special activities that the two most wonderful women prepared and conducted. Most grateful we are to the floor physician for his constant care and dedication to my mother’s well being.

Please dear A. convey our thanks to Mr. M. for his always kind attitude to my parents, also to Mrs. S. for her understanding and supportive attitude to all the elder of Keser, also to Mrs. F. and the social services people for trying their best to help.

Everybody involved in helping our parents when they need it the most, my family and I are deeply grateful and for you dear A. H. who think the most, feel the noblest , and act the best, good wishes in your new endeavor of help at Bikur Cholim.
